This photo (which I didn't take) doesn't even begin to do this squash justice. Productive and healthy, these plants produce the YUMMIEST squashes. It's drier than butternut, which means all that flavor is concentrated. And it is. It's approximately 4x yummier. This is what I use for "pumpkin" pies.  These come to approx $2/pound.
