Kale is one of the hardiest winter greens and it gets sweet in the winter greenhouse. Yum! We make nice big bunches to make sure you get all your greens. 
 
the week of Dec 27th pickup, our leaf size will be slightly smaller than usual. Bunches will remain as close to the same weight as possible. If we get enough orders, SOME ORDERS MAY BE FILLED WITH LOOSE KALE IN A BAG, due to difficulty bunching smaller leaves. If for some reason you really don't want this option, please leave a note and I'll try not to give it to you.
