Purple and yellow and orange, oh my! To be 100% honest....the purples are as good as our orange carrots. The yellows....most of them are better roasted. I mean, they're still waaaaay better than a grocery store carrot. But they're not the ones I grab to snack on in the field. But, if you're cooking your carrots, they add a lovely color and will be delicious. 4 pound bags
