We were SO excited to grow regular old turnips this year. This food is the next big thing, if we have anything to say about it. They are amazing in almost any potato dish, mixed with potatoes or totally replaced- mashed turnips, roasted turnips, turnip cakes. yum. Our crop matured in the cool fall so they are sweet and firm.
