All of our greens are washed, dried to perfection, and ready to eat. You can just dump them in your favorite salad bowl or throw them straight on a sandwhich. In fact, they will last longer (up to 2 weeks!) if you DON'T mess with them. We've been doing this a while and have our moisture content down pretty well for maximum storage.
