Swiss chard is related to spinach and cooks down into a meltingly tender green. This year's winter crop is lucious. 
 
Dec 27 crop may include smaller leaves and possibly bags instead of bunches due to decreased leaf size as we pick the end of the plants. Leaf quantity and quality will remain the same.
