We have two main types of garlic: hardneck and softneck.

Our hardneck has approximately four larger cloves. THey are easy to peel, mostly white, skinned, and a bit more mild in flavor (but still very garlicky).

Our softneck was actually grown by Moose and is of the spanish roja variety. It is a little bit dirtier than we usually sell our garlic because it's just a hard one to clean, so it's a little cheaper. It is much spicier than our hardneck.
