I hear it all the time. "Your carrots are the BEST". I'm not exactly sure why it's true, but it's true. Our soil just grows great carrots. They are crisp and sweet and so flavorful. And they store great. Just keep them in the bags they come it, tie off the top when you're done grabbing what you need, and keep them in the fridge. They will last perfectly for months.
