I hear it all the time. "Your carrots are the BEST". I'm not exactly sure why it's true, but it's true. Our soil just grows great carrots. They are crisp and sweet and so flavorful. And they store great. Just keep them in the bags they come it, tie off the top when you're done grabbing what you need, and keep them in the fridge. They will last perfectly for months. 
"Petite" are smaller carrots. They can just be thrown in a pan and roasted whole, or tossed in your kids' lunch. Some people love them, we know, but they are a lot of work to wash and bag. So we charge a whole extra dollar for them.
