plant starts

We love growing starts for your garden, mostly because we LOVE how much you love to garden and want to help you do it sucessfully. If ya'll put me out of the vegetable business because your gardens are so vibrant that you don't need me anymore, I will consider my gardening career well done and finished.
Like our produce, our plants are not certified organic.
However, we use certified organic PRO MIX potting soil, organic compost, and certified organic feathermeal, rock phosphate, kelp, and azomite in our mix. That's all. Our seeds are 100% non-GMO, about 95% organic (there are a few varieties that either aren't certified or we saved the seed ourselves, and being not certified means our seeds aren't technically either) and are a mix of open pollinated and hybrid varieties. We are slowly adding more Inland Northwest grown seed varieties to our plant starts and garden produce alike. We do NOT use wetting agents, sludge products, fungicides, synthetic fertilizers, etc on our plants (or on our produce, but this page is about plants).
You can find our plant starts at our farmstore, Saturday 9am-1pm at the Farmers' Market at Sandpoint and at Winterridge Natural Foods
