A nice, fresh head of red cabbage.

We had a bumper crop of beautiful red cabbages this year. Braise them with apples, add color to raw salads, you know the drill.

Don't forget about making your own ferments at home. Just add salt and time.


Works out to about $1.75/pound. This will not be perfect because we can't price by the pound, but we will try to make sure you are getting your money's worth.
